A familiar long table at many markets at the weekend is stacked with lettuces, fruit of all kinds, bottles of apple juice and ferments – it is all bio dynamic from east Susex and a five farmer cooperative. It is hard to argue their lettuces are not the best in town. It has taken 10 years to develop the farm which now has 19 hectares and they rent another six.
