Brindia, raising a glass to Spain

Balham was once a B movie geography, but rather than just the gateway south (as it used to be known) the big B here is Brindisa importer of the most excellent things Spanish. Brindis means to raise a glass. Started by Monika Liton in 1988 when Spanish food in London was a chorizo or two short of a paella.
